Come join Salt Lake City, Italian Club members, and friends at the 5th Italian Street Fair "Ferragosto" 2007.  Celebrating Italian Art, Music, Entertainment, Craft booths, "Bocce" ball, and food "an art of its own!"

  

Please fill out and then print the application below.  Send application and check for full amount payable to:  Ferragosto LLC, 2240 East Evergreen View Ct., SLC, UT  84109.  Refund is available if you cancel up to 60 days before the event.  Exhibitor is responsible for all city, state, and local license fees/taxes.  For more information please contact Jinger LaGuardia at (801) 979-1997 or FAX (801) 468-1551.

We hereby make application for exhibit space in the 5th annual Italian Street Fair "Ferragosto" 2007 to be held August 18, 2007 on the street at 300 South and 400 West in Salt Lake City, Utah.  We will sign and return the License Agreement for Exhibition Space upon receipt and return it to your office with payment.  Our preference is as follows:
